Y\u00f6netenler ve medya yirmi d\u00f6rt saat ;\u2019kalk\u0131nmada ahlaksal sorunlar\u2019 dan, \u2018kim ahlakl\u0131; kim de\u011fil?\u201d e kadar her alanda \u2018iyi nedir\u2019, \u2018k\u00f6t\u00fc nedir\u2019 i anlat\u0131yor. Davudi bir ses, her g\u00fcn yeni bir konuda ahlak dersi veriyor ve bir kavram\u0131 ya da ki\u015fiyi \u201cahlaks\u0131z\u201d ilan ediyor. \u201cAhlak bozuldu\u201d diye genellikle, su\u00e7 oran\u0131n\u0131, Bat\u0131 tarz\u0131 giyimi, kad\u0131n ve erkek ili\u015fkisini, son d\u00f6nemde sanat\u0131, m\u00fczi\u011fi; k\u0131saca, ya\u015fam\u0131n her alan\u0131nda olan biteni kast ediyorlar. \u2018Ahlaka ayk\u0131r\u0131 yay\u0131nlar\u2019 da ise \u00e7ember iyice geni\u015flemi\u015f durumda. \u00d6nceleri genellikle cinsel konular\u0131 kapsarken, \u015fimdilerde devletin kelam\u0131na ters d\u00fc\u015fen her t\u00fcrl\u00fc g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f de \u2018ahlaks\u0131zl\u0131k\u2019 olarak beyan ediliyor. \u2018Yerli ve milli ahlak\u2019 kavram\u0131 ise bir millette, ki\u015fileraras\u0131 ili\u015fkilerdeki ge\u00e7erli- olan ya da oldu\u011fu farz edilen, olmas\u0131 istenen- davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 kapsayarak yatak odam\u0131za kadar girdi. K\u0131saca; son y\u0131llarda ahlakla yat\u0131p, ahlakla kalk\u0131yor ve muazzam bir ahlak patlamas\u0131 ya\u015f\u0131yoruz!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ahlak nedir?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahlak terimi kavramsal olarak a\u00e7\u0131klamak istenirse filozoflar bize en iyi yard\u0131m edecek ki\u015filerdir. Ku\u00e7uradi, ahlaktan s\u00f6z edilirken dile getirilmek isteneni \u015fu \u015fekilde tan\u0131mlar: \u201c\u0130nsanlar aras\u0131 ili\u015fkilerde ki\u015filerin uymalar\u0131 beklenen-talep edilen- davran\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Yap\u0131lmas\u0131- yap\u0131lmamas\u0131 gereken ( izin verilen- verilmeyen; te\u015fvik edilen- yasaklanan) davran\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Ba\u015fka bir deyi\u015fle, belirli bir toplulukta ya da genel olarak \u2018iyi\u2019 ya da \u2018k\u00f6t\u00fc\u2019 say\u0131lan davran\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Bunlar, ko\u015fullar de\u011fi\u015fti\u011finde i\u015flevlerini ya da anlamlar\u0131n\u0131 yitiren kurallard\u0131r- yani dile getirdikleri \u201cgerek\u201d anlams\u0131z kal\u0131r.\u201d Bu tan\u0131mdan yola \u00e7\u0131k\u0131l\u0131rsa, ahlak; kimi zaman zorla \u00f6\u011fretilen ya da uygulat\u0131lan, evrensel niteliklerden yoksun, belli bir toplulukta ge\u00e7erli de\u011fere sahip, bir topluluktan di\u011ferine bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda tamamen tersi uygulanabilen; hatta ayn\u0131 toplulukta zaman i\u00e7inde te\u015fvik edilenden yasaklanana d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015febilen bir yap\u0131ya sahip. \u00c7o\u011funlukla, en \u00f6nemli etik de\u011fer olan insan haklar\u0131 ile \u00e7eli\u015fen ahlak yarg\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n ki\u015filerin davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendirme \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fct\u00fc olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmesi Frans\u0131z filozof Hugh La Follette\u2019in \u201d <em>T\u00fcrk k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc gibi heterojen k\u00fclt\u00fcrleri i\u00e7inde bar\u0131nd\u0131ran toplumlarda ahlaki yapt\u0131r\u0131mlar kime ve neye g\u00f6re belirlenecek?<\/em>\u201d sorusunu da akla getiriyor. \u2018<em>Ahlak<\/em>\u2019 kapsam\u0131ndaki bu yapt\u0131r\u0131mlar de\u011fi\u015fmi\u015f ko\u015fullarda de\u011fer harcanmas\u0131na neden olmad\u0131klar\u0131 ve ki\u015fi haklar\u0131na, insan onuruna zarar vermedikleri s\u00fcrece hepimizce ho\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fclse de sinsi bir tehlikeyi de i\u00e7inde bar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Devlet, ahlak bek\u00e7ili\u011fine soyunursa\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toplumun bireylerine kazand\u0131rmak istedi\u011fi davran\u0131\u015flar genellikle bir neslin ya da bir d\u00f6nemin \u2018iyi\u2019 ya da \u2018k\u00f6t\u00fc\u2019 dedi\u011fi kal\u0131plara g\u00f6re belirlenir. Ancak; Hugh La Follete\u2019nin dedi\u011fi gibi birden \u00e7ok ahlak anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7 i\u00e7e bulundu\u011fu T\u00fcrkiye gibi heterojen toplumlarda herkes, kendi ahlak anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n iyilerini ve k\u00f6t\u00fclerini \u00f6\u011fretmeye ya da sosyal ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel yapt\u0131r\u0131m olarak sunmaya kalkarsa, sonu\u00e7 \u015f\u00fcphesiz toplumsal \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma olur. Her konuda \u00e7\u0131kabilecek bu \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 engelleyen en b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fc\u00e7 ise bu kez devletin ahlak bildirgeleri olan yasalard\u0131r. Her devlete, topluma g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fiklik g\u00f6steren, ihtiya\u00e7lara ve toplumun evrimine g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015ftirebilen yasalar, genel oldu\u011fu ve t\u00fcm toplumu kapsad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 m\u00fckemmel olmasa da bu t\u00fcr irili ufakl\u0131 \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 engellemek ve d\u00fczeni sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla konulmu\u015flard\u0131r. \u00d6zg\u00fcr ve demokratik olarak kabul edilen toplumlarda bug\u00fcn yasalar m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca insan haklar\u0131 gibi etik de\u011ferlere yakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu toplumlarda devlet, yasalar\u0131n\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn mertebe \u201c<em>tarafs\u0131z ahlaki ilkeler<\/em>\u201d olarak dizayn eder. \u00d6zellikle, \u00e7o\u011ful ahlak anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n oldu\u011fu toplumlarda, t\u00fcm bireylerin (y\u00fczde y\u00fcz olmasa da) mutlulu\u011fu ve kendini \u00f6zg\u00fcrce ifade edebilmesi i\u00e7in gerekli genel uzla\u015fman\u0131n anahtar\u0131 da devletin ve yasalar\u0131n\u0131n tarafs\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. Tarafs\u0131z olmay\u0131 tercih eden y\u00f6netimlerde, iktidara kim gelirse gelsin yeni ba\u015ftan ve kendi \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131na g\u00f6re toplumun genel ahlak kurallar\u0131n\u0131 yeniden dizayn etmeye (ikincil ve gizli bir amac\u0131 yoksa) pek yeltenmez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peki neden baz\u0131 devletlerin ba\u015f\u0131ndaki iktidarlar \u2018tarafs\u0131zl\u0131k\u2019 ilkesini \u00e7\u00f6pe atmakla kalmay\u0131p bir de toplumun ahlak bek\u00e7ili\u011fine soyunur? Kimi zaman yasalar\u0131 do\u011fru ve tarafs\u0131z uygulamakla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc iktidarlar\u0131n, s\u00f6z konusu yasalar\u0131 b\u0131rak\u0131n uygulamay\u0131, tam tersi \u201cahlaki do\u011frular\u0131n\u0131\u201d \u00f6ne s\u00fcrerek yok sayd\u0131klar\u0131na tan\u0131k oluyoruz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc; fa\u015fizm gibi totaliter bir rejim r\u00fcyas\u0131 g\u00f6ren t\u00fcm iktidarlar bilir ki \u201cahlak\u201d kavram\u0131 bu ama\u00e7 i\u00e7in kullan\u0131labilecek en g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc silaht\u0131r. Bir toplumu, bast\u0131rmaya, tek tiple\u015ftirmeye, kendi \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131na uygun olarak d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmeye y\u00f6nelen t\u00fcm iktidarlar\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck sopas\u0131d\u0131r ahlak! Hele ki \u00fcst\u00fcne \u00e7a\u011flar boyu toplumlar \u00fczerinde en kat\u0131 ve etkili ahlak bildirgesi olan din sosu eklendi mi tad\u0131ndan yenmez\u2026 Toplumu en zay\u0131f ve k\u0131r\u0131lgan yerinden yakalam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r art\u0131k. E\u011fer ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z yerde, iktidar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131ndakiler her g\u00fcn ahlak dersi veriyorsa, neyin iyi neyin k\u00f6t\u00fc oldu\u011funu, g\u00fcnde nas\u0131l sevi\u015fip, nas\u0131l \u015f\u00fckredece\u011finizi, hatta neye nas\u0131l inanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyorsa g\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcz ayd\u0131n! Toplum olarak batakl\u0131\u011fa ilk ad\u0131m\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 att\u0131n\u0131z demektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Her \u015fey kad\u0131n\u0131 \u015fekillendirmek ile ba\u015flar<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Yak\u0131n tarihe bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, ahlak bek\u00e7ili\u011fine soyunan totaliter rejimlerin ilk ad\u0131m\u0131 \u201ckad\u0131n\u201d \u00fczerinden atmas\u0131 rastlant\u0131sal de\u011fil. Toplumlar\u0131n ya da dinlerin, kendi i\u00e7lerinde geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi genel ahlak kurallar\u0131n\u0131 ilk uygulama alan\u0131 olan kad\u0131n; toplumu kendi \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmeye niyet etmi\u015f bir iktidar\u0131n da ilk hedefidir. \u0130talya \u2018da Mussolini fa\u015fizmi d\u00f6neminde ilk icraat kad\u0131n\u0131n, ahlaki dayatmalarla devlet eliyle hiyerar\u015fide a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 \u00e7ekilmesi olmu\u015f ve \u201cDevletin g\u00fc\u00e7 ve kan hazinesini yaratanlar\u0131 \u00f6ne ge\u00e7irmek i\u00e7in, anne olan kad\u0131nlarla \u00f6b\u00fcr kad\u0131nlar aras\u0131nda bir hiyerar\u015fi kurulmal\u0131d\u0131r. Anne olmayan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n bu k\u00fcstahl\u0131klar\u0131na \u015fiddetli yapt\u0131r\u0131mlar uygulamak gereklidir\u201d denmi\u015ftir. Hitler\u2019in Nazi Almanyas\u0131\u2019na bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda kad\u0131n i\u00e7in \u201c<em>Kinder- K\u00fcche-Kirche<\/em>\u201d (kad\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6revi \u00e7ocuk do\u011furmakt\u0131r; yeri de mutfak ve kilisedir) ahlaki dayatmas\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcr\u00fcz. \u0130ran Devrimi sonras\u0131 kurulan \u0130ran \u0130slam Devleti ya da herhangi bir totaliter y\u00f6netime bak\u0131n, istisnas\u0131z devletin ahlak sopas\u0131 ilk kad\u0131na iner. Bug\u00fcn kendi \u00fclkeme bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131mda; y\u00f6netimin en \u00fcst kademesindekilerin, devletin ahlaki tarafs\u0131zl\u0131k ilkesini \u00e7i\u011fnemekle kalmay\u0131p \u201c<em>Kad\u0131n ve erkek e\u015fit de\u011fildir<\/em>\u201d; \u201c<em>anneli\u011fi reddeden kad\u0131n yar\u0131m ya da eksiktir<\/em>\u201d ya da \u201c<em>kad\u0131n ahlakl\u0131 olsun, k\u00fcrtaj yapmak zorunda kalmas\u0131n\u201d<\/em> gibi s\u00f6ylemlere imza att\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. \u00d6zellikle; bug\u00fcne dek hangi amaca hizmet etti\u011fini \u00e7\u00f6zemedi\u011fim Diyanet \u0130\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n, son y\u0131llarda, \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu kad\u0131n \u00fczerinden, her g\u00fcn yeni bir ahlaki yarg\u0131y\u0131 devlet ad\u0131na deklare etme g\u00f6revi \u00fcstlendi\u011fini art\u0131k biliyorum. \u00dcstelik, s\u00f6z konusu fetvalar\u0131ndan biri tepki \u00e7eker ise bunu yayan ve yay\u0131nlayan medya organlar\u0131n\u0131 da \u201cahlaks\u0131z\u201d ilan etme hakk\u0131na sahip. \u00d6rne\u011fin; \u201c<em>bulu\u011fa ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f k\u0131z \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 evlenebilir.<\/em>\u201d a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan, gelen tepkiler \u00fczerine, bu a\u00e7\u0131klamay\u0131 haber yapan yay\u0131n organlar\u0131na \u201cahlaks\u0131z\u201d demi\u015ftir. Toplumu yeniden \u015fekillendirme amac\u0131ndaki totaliter iktidar\u0131n, kad\u0131n \u00fczerinden g\u00f6le att\u0131\u011f\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131n dalgalar\u0131 yay\u0131larak ya\u015fam\u0131n di\u011fer alanlar\u0131na ula\u015ft\u0131 bile\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sava\u015f iyidir; bar\u0131\u015f k\u00f6t\u00fcd\u00fcr!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130ktidar; \u2018tarafs\u0131z\u2019 de\u011fil; tam tersine ahlak yarg\u0131lar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bir \u2018taraf\u2019 oldu\u011funu ilan\u0131 etti\u011fi andan itibaren, devletin vatanda\u015f \u00fczerindeki t\u00fcm yapt\u0131r\u0131m yollar\u0131 da \u2018taraf\u2019 olunan ahlaki yarg\u0131lara uyanlar\u0131n \u00f6d\u00fcllendirilmesi, kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 davran\u0131\u015f sergileyenlerin ise cezaland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00fczerine i\u015flemeye ba\u015flar. Kad\u0131n ile ba\u015flay\u0131p, sanat, m\u00fczik, e\u011fitim ya da sa\u011fl\u0131k her alanda iktidar\u0131n, genellikle t\u00fcm totaliter y\u00f6netimlerin ortak s\u00f6ylemi olan; \u201cMilli Ahlak\u2019 dayatmas\u0131na uygun olarak tan\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kurallar\u0131n ve yapt\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n i\u00e7ine s\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131rs\u0131n\u0131z. \u0130ktidar, t\u00fcm kavramlar\u0131 bu \u201cMilli Ahlak\u201d \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde yeniden ve kendine g\u00f6re tan\u0131mlamaya ba\u015flar. Art\u0131k birey olarak kendi de\u011ferlerinizin ya da bir olay\u0131 de\u011ferlendirme yollar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n k\u0131sacas\u0131 etik de\u011ferlerinizin zerre \u00f6nemi yoktur. Y\u00f6netenler, her g\u00fcn bunu sizin i\u00e7in yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yler ve size de uymak d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bir yol b\u0131rakmazlar. Birey; i\u00e7inde ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 toplumdaki de\u011fi\u015fik ahlaki yarg\u0131lara ve dayatmalara, bir ba\u015fkas\u0131na zarar vermedi\u011fi s\u00fcrece, devletin yasalar\u0131n\u0131n tarafs\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00fcvenerek kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kabilir ya da uymayabilir. Bildirgeyi yay\u0131nlayan doktorlar bizzat iktidar taraf\u0131ndan \u201cahlaks\u0131z\u201d olarak nitelendirildi. Daha sonra da g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131lar. Ben de bu olayda ,\u201dsava\u015fa destek vermek iyi; bar\u0131\u015ftan s\u00f6z etmek k\u00f6t\u00fcd\u00fcr, ahlaks\u0131zl\u0131kt\u0131r\u201d diyorum.
